“The pandemic along with the MCO / CMCO restrictions have certainly changed the lifestyle of the majority of Malaysians.
“Apart from it being an escape from routine and urban bustling, the house now is considered a “safe retreat” from the pandemic and has also become our only quarters during the MCO / CMCO period where we are forced to work and kids attend online classes at home.
“As such we know that space will become essential for the current generation of homebuyers who are looking for that space flexibility to include work privacy and personal space at the same time, thus we believe that the take-up rate will be quick as well as there are already a strong buying interest building up for Phase 2.
“With this high demand by homebuyers desiring spatial flexibility in creating a comfortable working environment within their living space, we are confident that Rimbun Kiara has that edge to cater to this necessity – where people choose to live and how they want their houses to function can all be found in the Rimbun Kiara development,” said Hoo.
Rimbun Kiara is a freehold development that is low-density leveraging on serene green spaces exuding a peaceful environment for residents.
In addition, Rimbun Kiara is surrounded by amenities such as the S2 Club, 15-acre City Lake Park, 30-acre Hill Park in Seremban 2 and Kepayang Hill which is well known amongst hill climbing enthusiasts.
Located approximately an hour away from Kuala Lumpur, with the enhanced connectivity available, residents can make their way via the North-South Expressway – a gateway of convenience for those constantly commuting between KL and Seremban.
With a toll-free road connecting directly to KLIA and KLIA2, driving will only take up to about 45 minutes.
